As the CTO and Co-Founder at Emersively, Diego leads the development of our cutting-edge analytic platform that helps our clients increase business opportunities by gaining a deeper understanding of their customer interactions. With over 25 years of experience in software engineering and technical architecture, Diego has a passion for creating and implementing technical solutions that solve complex problems and drive growth.

Prior to founding Emersively, formerly known as Mattertraffic, Diego co-founded and served as the CEO of Synapse Research Systems, a specialist software house that provides high-end software and consulting solutions to various sectors, including e-Commerce, Government, Finance, and Healthcare. Diego also co-founded and led Real Virtual Zone, a VR design studio that designs products for Virtual Reality, Mixed Reality, and AR. Diego has multiple certifications in Microsoft technologies and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
